4. Please note that we are not responsible for any of your actions and their consequences when you use Gramista. We are not responsible if your Instagram account is locked, blocked or banned.
5. You need to use your login credentials - username and password - to connect to our application and avail the services. However, we will never ask for your password and we will not use your credentials without your permission. instajooldoes not share your credentials with third-parties.
6. Our system servers are secured using high level encryption to prevent unauthorized access of your account. However, in case of security breach and loss of data, we are not responsible for the consequences that follow the event.
7. Please note that if you change your password, the script you set will automatically stop. To activate it again, you should re-launch the app and re-login with the new password. During such an event, the inactive period shall not be considered or added to your license.
8. User behavior such as liking, following or commenting on your images or gallery cannot be predicted and therefore cannot be controlled. The actual number of likes or followers you get solely depends on the quality of images in your gallery.
9. Please note that the Follower/Unfollower is an "additional" or "extra" feature of Gramista. Should it not function as expected during your license period, the feature will not be prolonged or extended after your license expires.
10. No refund claims will be entertained if your profile had been active and there have been no technical issues that prevented proper usage of the application.
11. The time of voluntary inactivity - if you choose to stop the script for a specific period - shall not be compensated.
12. Please note that you are free and solely responsible to create and use your own hash tags. However, that can slow down the functioning speed of the app.
13. We reserve us the right to remove your account and ban you from using instajool services at any point in time. In an unlikely event of this happening, your purchases will be refunded.
14. Every instajool user is obliged to report any errors, bugs, glitches and other issues with instajoolwebsites or services provided. A fail to do so or exploitation of above mentioned issues may result in your account removal or ban as per article 13 above.
15. We strongly recommend that you explore the instajool application during the free trial before making any purchases.
